If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our furniture, we will refund all of your original costs for the item/s, with the exception of shipping costs incurred to the items destination in the United States.

Methods of Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Paypal (sales@chineseantiqueimports.com), personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.
 

Shipping Costs :
We offer both White Glove, which includes full set up in your home and removal of packaging materials, and “to your door” blanket wrap delivery on all furniture items. Our standard “to your door” cost is $250.00 for one or two furniture items, and we currently apply a 20% ($50.00) surcharge on all White Glove deliveries. This surcharge is subject to change depending on fuel prices. We offer free standard shipping on orders of three or more furniture items. Furniture is defined as any item too large for a UPS type shipment. Examples of furniture items would include cabinets, bookcases, altar tables, chairs, desks, etc...For smaller purchases, such as jewelry boxes, shutters, small tables, pottery, wall paintings, and some screens, we use UPS or DHL. You will only be charged the rate fee billed to us by those delivery services. In some instances, we are able to ship directly to you, via air express, from our warehouse in China. You will be contacted, prior to shipment, to determine the level of service you prefer. For purchases outside the United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Damages:
If an item is damaged in shipping, we will promptly repair or replace it. The damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the furniture. The damage should be documented, if possible, on the bill of lading while the shipper is still at your home. This allows us to file for the insurance claim. If your item is an antique, we will have it repaired to your satisfaction, replace it with a similar item (with your approval), or refund your purchase price if the piece is damaged beyond repair. Reproduction pieces will be repaired or replaced, depending on the amount of damage. There could be delays while the repairs are being completed, or a replacement is being built or shipped.

 The majority of our Antiques are shipped from China within 45 days, or less, of placing the order. There are occasional delays, beyond our control, caused by weather, customs, etc. However, we do our very best to avoid and minimize any such delays. We only charge 1/3 of the total price as a "good faith" deposit. We charge all balances when your furniture leaves China. For items that are currently in the U.S.A., we ship within two weeks. If you need to ship an item back to us, please pack the item in a manner that prevents damages. For wooden furniture it is usually necessary to crate the items. All delivery times are estimates only. Once your furniture arrives in the United States, we are subject to the delivery schedules of our shipper. However, it has been our experience, that the turn around time is very reasonable.  

We make every effort to remove all sold items from our website as soon as possible. However, on rare occasions, some displayed items may no longer be available. We will only charge your credit card once we confirm the item is in stock at our warehouse in China. In the event your ordered item is unavailable, you will be notified immediately and, in many cases, we can find a similar item to suit your needs.
